Privacy Policy

Who we are

BharatBid operates at bharatbid.lol. It lists Indian products, D2C brands, startups, and creators against the rupee amount they pay to rank. There is no user account and no password.

What we collect

• Listing details you submit: name, short pitch, website or social handle, and the bid amount.
• Payment references from Razorpay (order id, payment id, amount). We do not see or store your UPI PIN, card number, CVV, or netbanking password.
• An anonymous visitor session so the “online” count works. It is not tied to your name.
• Click counts on listings, so the board stays honest.

What is public

Rank, name, pitch, destination URL, bid amount, time listed, and clicks are public. That is the product. Do not submit a private URL.

Payments

Checkout is processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited. Their privacy policy applies to card, UPI, netbanking, and wallet data. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount paid.

Cookies and logs

We use a theme preference in local storage and a short-lived visitor id. Server logs may include IP address for abuse and uptime. We do not sell this data. We do not run ad pixels.

Retention

Paid listings stay on the board until they are outranked, banned for breaking the rules, or you ask us to remove them. Payment records are kept as needed for accounting and dispute handling.
